perl scripts for webmin.com

I need help setting up webmin and adding some functions for [login to view URL] web interface. This will be for a web hosting site, and many of the modules are available on [login to view URL] but need to be modified. I need the following on a page for new accounts so they can edit these- 1. qmail, allow users to setup new mail accounts for their domain 2. show disk space used and traffic used (webalizer?) 3. mysql database creator. .allow user to create their own databases 4. creat apache web users/passwords I will be using redhat 7.2 and apache 1.3, or 2 if needed. thank you. I will pay up to $800 for a well done package that is similiar to [login to view URL] (i was going to buy plesk but it is not customizable enough for me) and I will need some other work done on it later. Also if you wish to not give me the rights but make it opensource for publication that is fine with me. More info- modules should be in perl but scripts can also be in php. I want to have a webmin module for creating virtual account on a apache server and a proftpd ftp login aaccount for the user. User will have a separate login to view webmin where he can creat qmail email accounts, mysql databases, and view web stats for his domain.
