Airfare Search Website

We are looking for someone with extensive experience working with websites like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and have a detailed understanding of how these websites function, the code behind them and how to go about creating your own version of one of these sites. We are looking to hire someone who can ultimately write the code/script from scratch and create a website that has the same mechanics behind it like kayak or sidestep do. THe website will be a place where consumers go, select from a drop down menu or type in their airport of departure, the dates they want to travel and the destination and receive a list of all flights and prices from all the airlines (American, Continental, Jet Blue, etc) There is other functionality to it, but if the above websites and description dont make sense to you, you probably dont have the basic understanding of Kayak or sidesteps internal functions to do the project so please dont bid I would like to speak in detail regarding this project to bidders prior to selecting them so please describe to me in your bids your understanding of how these websites work, how long you think it would take to create and what your experience with these types of websites are.
