Auto Comments Poster Script

I need a Comments Poster Script designed ASAP.

This script must be able to automatically post URL links to PukiWiki open source sites? sites with no captcha & unmoderated comments enabled.?

You can see the type of site I'm looking for and how they are being used by typing... links:[url removed, login to view] in Google.

Here's the project? specifics...

1. I need a script with a database constructed so I can manually input a list of PukiWiki sites with comments pages enabled as a source to post comments to on the internet. I will manually search for and add the sites to the database.

2. Develop a comment posting script which will automatically post comments to PukiWiki sites on the internet based on the URL's in the database.

Submitter will go down the list of sites and auto submit list comments / URL's to the list of sites in the database. Comments can be contained in a text file or form in the submitter.

The submission fields are "Name" "Comment" and "Submit". These are in Japanese and other languages so the script needs to be able to interface with the different languages to input "Name" "Comment" and execute "Submit" on each site.

Timing needs to be set so slow enough so most submissions are successful because some of these sites takes a while to load.

Success rate in more important to me than posting speed.

This can be a web based or Windows XP desktop application (desktop is preferred). I do not want to have to install a localhost on my computer or special software to use the application.

I need this ASAP.? I will have more work with larger budgets if you do well on this project.? I need a working prototype ASAP.
