Automate OS-X installer package generation

Currently, the Smedge installation package on OS-X is generated by hand for each release. Hand generation is tedious, slow and prone to errors. The process should be completely automated so that all that is required is to pass the version number to use for generating the installer, and all the files are copied, given correct permissions, packaged, and prepared for distribution in the same manner every time.

The installation system is already designed. What is required is to automate the generation of the components and their assembly into the final package that is uploaded for distribution. Deliverable will be a program (most likely a shell script, but I am open to other possibilities) that can be executed to perform the generation of the final distribution package.

## Deliverables

Current installation elements and manual workflow will be delievered to the Seller at the start of the project. The Seller is free to explore the best possible system to use for generating the final deliverable, as long as the method used is a standard method supported on OS-X version 10.4 and later, and does not require the installation of any non-default or non-standard tools or applications on the development machines.
