BASIC Photo sharing and comment site

The site is a basic search and view site. User will select option to search MALE/FEMALE/CLUB and then narrow their search by keyword or by state/location. Search results will yield thumbnail and brief description. Clicking a thumbnail will bring up profile for that listing. ? Each individual profile will have information (input by Admin), photo gallery (input by Admin), and ability to add comments (all comments sent to Admin for approval before appearing on front page). ? Users of the site can also submit a photo with a form to Admin to have it added onto the site. ? We will provide all text for the site and a design template (see image attached). ? All functions are basic and we encourage the use of open-source, in order to keep our costs low. We use a Linux server (IXWebhosting) and prefer PHP and MySQL for the database. The main consideration here is low cost and quick turnaround. ## Deliverables Please see attached for design template and contact me with any queries.
