BlackBerry GPS Location App

We are looking to develop a BlackBerry application that will be able to send longitude and latitude of the phone's location to our server via http.? The rest we will handle. ? In addition to sending the GPS long/lat if the GPS signal is not in range we would like to be able to send the cellid and coordinates using sources like google, opencellid, etc. For example of our existing WM version please go to [login to view URL] We want the app to be able to support the BlackBerry Storm, Bold, Curve, and Perl.
