Buld and up load web site

? I require a clone of a website I need built and up loaded to my hosting once I am happy with the finished product.

The design and all images must be supplied by the developer.

I do not require a Flash header only HTML.

I want the header slightly thinner and the menu buttons running horizontally with the following buttons.

Under the header on every page I require nothing. Leave it ? blank area so I can add the text and info myself.

? Our logo is attached and I want it just above the main header wher the text. (HelpOther) is on the sample template in the lint above.

This is an easy quick job for a good coder.
