I'm just going to describe the site in terms of what is needed.
This site is for a canada-wide street-marketing company. Highschool and University students will sign up to be "members" of the site. There will also be "leaders" in various geographical areas accross canada. There will be "clients" that the teams of "members" lead by "leaders" will be marketing for. The site needs to be able to collect information from members in the form of photos, evidence of marketing online (links to message boards where they've promoted our clients). It needs to have a messageboard system that is very dynamic and can easily add new boards as clients come and go (we expect 5 to 10 clients per month, and adding them. Members will need basic profile functions, like the ability to add information about themselves, photos, (very similar to [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2]). They also will need to be able to choose which clients they market for, and get access to materials that will help them promote those clients. The "backend" for team leaders, needs to allow them "idiot-proof" methods of tracking the work the members are doing.
For the members, the interface needs to look graphically "cool". Not "techy" or "weby" but more "alternative". Its music related, so we're looking for something that is graphically exciting, but not gimmicky. The interface needs to let them interact with each other, team leaders, as well as with the content itself. The site needs to be HIGHLY dynamic.
The site needs to run off ASP and MSAccess databases, because that's what I am proficient in - once the site is done, we aren't looking for any follow-up work, I could code this myself if I had more time. As reference, please see [[login to view URL]][3] - as it is the parent site of this new project. The project we are seeking a coder for, will be more complicated than the bedlamsociety site, however, may look similar (hopefully better) visually.
## Deliverables
1) Complete a fully-functional website, as described and requested.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) The buyer must approve the final visual style and look of the site, and expects "proof" or "draft" ideas to be submitted along the way. There needs to be a lot of communication between buyer and coder during the coding process. There needs to be flexibility on the coders end.
5) The coder must agree to code the site using ASP, MSAccess Databases, CSS, and HTML (as opposed to PHP and MYSQL). Use of any additional programming languages must be agreed upon by the buyer.

If we need to upgrade that package, thats also an option, but needs to be discussed with us first.
Platform/Language as stated above, is:
