Captcha and Secure Form

I need a captcha (one that doesn't look ugly) applied to an already functioning form. However, the form reveals the email address of receipient in the HTML code, so I want to hide the email address to make the form less spam-friendly. So I probably need a new form. The form has only two fields, a name form field, and a text area, with a submit button. The form appears on the left side of 16 pages of the site. I want all forms replaced with more secure form and captcha. I also want the confirm page to be retained which is seen when the form has been submitted. Linux webserver. FTP and control panel available. Quotes please.

Please don't reply saying "I can do this" and no more, please write a little more than this so that I know a) you're human, b) you have personality, c) you have a brain. :)

## Deliverables

It's exactly the same form, with exactly the same recipient on each of the pages, so a copy and paste will suffice.

It's a PHP page, so you can use this if you want, however, there are no other PHP features on the site because there's no CMS or other PHP stuff going on on the site.
