I would like a project managment software just like Alexsys Team 2. Specs and trial version can be found on their website at [login to view URL] . Software must be all original code and can't break copyright laws. Would like software to work web based on Linux server and browser based on local machine. Software will need to be S/N and Reg Key protected. A trial version will also be needed (15 day trial) of full working software. Coder is responsible for working out all bugs in software. ASP is not an option!!!!!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
