Clone of Flash Application site, with modifications

Hi coders, Actually, it is not a Flash application. Please take a look at : <[login to view URL]> I want an almost clone of this website - the same idea, with most of the same features, but also with a few improvements. In your response, please recommend the coding platform you would use, and why it is the best choice. I will separately provide jpegs of the chord diagrams, and sound files for the guitar sounds. Changes I want, in no particular order: I want the data for my app to be connected to a MySQL database. I want a way for users to create an account. Eventually, users will pay for some level of access to the program. I want a way to limit the number of songs a user can save. I want to be able to put an expiration date in each user's record. After that date, the user can't access the application or songs. I want users to be able to save their songs and retrieve them. I want an additional note, R, which is a silent note. I want to have separate apps for guitar and piano. This job will be for guitar only. We will use this application, change a few things to create a piano application that will work the exact same way. Here are changes where I have attached some mockups about how they might work: I want to change the way songs are constructed. In the example above, a song is simply a looping series of notes. I want to have sections, where a user might separately put in an intro and/or a verse, and/or a bridge and/or a chorus. Each of these sections might repeat. I want to change the note entry interface. I want to change the way the chords are displayed while playing. We will finalize the requirements before you begin work. I can give you a development environment website to work on.
