Convert PHP script to a SOAP script

I have an existing PHP file that generates XML/RSS Feed Data which I need to convert into SOAP for another application. This file will be called [login to view URL] and should take requests from external websites/applications and then return the results to the website/application that it requested. I have full control over the Unix server which currently has PEAR installed. If there are any classes or anything else, I would like for them to be used as Include files. This should be written in pure PHP. ## Deliverables Written in Pure PHP Version 5 with no warnings or errors being generated or use of out dated functions. The database is already created and querys used to pull information, so access to the database is not needed. If you do require access I can only send you the table structure with no data. Attached is the PHP file that needs to be used to create the SOAP server.
