I have created a social network on NING.com. You can check it out at spreadthewoophilly.com. I would like to create a site just like this with the admin capabilities that they have. I would like a developer to come in and build something like this. Not as much as my network now but start me with something and build from there.
If you have experience creating simple and eye catching social networks please let me know. NING experience is very helpful. Please send examples of what you have created for people.
