Custom Made Dating Site

We are looking to team up with a reliable developer to develop and help maintain a dating site as well as potentially working on future projects. We would prefer someone that has made a dating site previously and would be familiar with the standard features of dating sites such as messaging/mail, search for other users, email invite, etc. For now, we would like something that is designed well, but is simple. The site must be a custom made script, not a free or bought script, however, modification of an open source script is permissible. We just don't want a script loaded for us that was free or bought, as we could do that on our own. We would like an admin back office, where the header, template, and user layout, index page text, etc. can be modified by the admin for changing the look, as well as deleting, editing, and moderating of users profiles. Some of the other included features would be. -easy to join with captchas to prevent spammers/bots as well as email confirmation for new accounts -searching for users by area or other characteristics, displaying results with images -basic personal information can be listed - hair, eyes, build, interests, etc -pics can be upload easily and will be displayed/resized correctly -tracking - last login, ip addresses (for users attempting to set up multiple or fake accounts), time logged in and/or number of logins per day -we would like to have a free and paid option that we can turn on and off from the admin back office -more details can be discussed but this should give a good idea what we are looking for ## Deliverables Most of the information will be discussed further. We would like to be familiar with certain features and functions and how they work. As the site is built, it will be helpful to discuss and understand from our end the basics of how the site functions. Also, if you are unable or have no interest in future work such as updating and troubleshooting, you should not bid on the project.
