Customer Data Base

I need to manage a customer data base that will entail 3 different entities. First the will be the actual Client, this Client was refered by one of our Partners and? we will be working with Banks. When we get a new client we need a basic 50 items questionaire completed. We also collect financial data and scan it into .pdf format. We will fax these .pdf files to the Bank with confirmation they recieved. We then start calling the bank for updates on the package we sent in, we will need a time/date stamped conversation log were we can make notes of what the bank said. We will then email this conversation log to the 2 Partners and the Client. We will also need to produce pipeline reports and orginize our data per Client, per Partner and per Bank. I will need a Main Client page that will display information? with short cut buttons to the conversation log, email, fax program and? the scanned .pdf files.? We have just under 200 Clients at this time but we want to be able to triple that number eventually. We will also be interested in expanding what we have done with internet access and different levels of authorization.
