Customer order tracking connected to CB

Joomla Job Need to create a system in joomla that will ask our admin staff to either select a customer or enter a new one customer details are kept in community builder. Then from that either start a new job for that customer or amend an existing one. The system would then send a conformation email to the customer, then during work progress our engineers will update the system, which will continue to email the customer on these changes asking them to login to review update on job status until we mark the job as completed. Customers should be able to login from front end and review their jobs and send coments to our admin staff from the front end. ## Deliverables Full text for joomla project. First Screen. ? ? We then need another screen for our workshop staff that allows them to input a job number and they can change the status of a job, example move it from ? Hardware Diagnosing to Software Diagnosing… it would then ask them to add a compulsory note which it would add on to the details of problem box and email the customer a note saying that the status of their repair has changed and to logon to find further details. ? ? The only screens we would need after this is a screen for us to search for customer and display status of their jobs. ? And also a screen to search for all jobs of a defined status ? ?
