Design of a JOOMLA (or other) soccer team calendar

Hi, I need a an application (which could come from JOOMLA or other that can be loaded on a site easily when you have completed your job, basically i can give the codes to my graphic designer and he doesn't need 5 hours to load it....) Basically what i need is for a Soccer team's member to post by email when they will be absent for a practice or for a game. And i would like to show it on a calendar for the months of JUNE, JULY, August and september. (It could be connected through Google calendar if it make sense , but i need something easy and simple for the parents of the player to be able to use it even if they are not too tech advance) (Basically when you look at a specific date all the players who said i will be absent are listed for that date, so that it's easy for the coach to see who is there and who is not) Basically each player would enter the following information once and i expect you create the field where they can enter this info. First Name of Player Last Name of Player First name of the Parent 1 Last NAme of the Parent 1 First name of the Parent 2 Last NAme of the Parent 2 Email of Parent 1 Email of Parent 2 Email of Player Phone of Parent 1 Phone of Parent 2 Once the info /database is built, then they all have access to make the post. And everytime a post is made it would send an email to the coach designated email (please note there are 4 coaches who need to be notified) That cover pretty much the result i need. I would like if it can be done within 2 days of the award of the project. Thanks Francis
