Design and build a website

We are looking for a qualified web developer who will re-design the template, edit the main menu (we will provide the content) , build new pages, Create a login for customers.

? The work includes but not limited to:

A) the site must be User Friendly Website, for example :

1) Create a Site Map

2) Use a Logical Navigation Structure

3) Use a Consistent Design and Layout

4) Ensure All Forms Work

5) Ensure Shopping Carts are Functional

6) Make it search engine friendly

B) The coder will create a contact us form and clients should receive an automated email that our representative will contact them in 24hrs. we will provide the content for the contact us form.

C) The coder will create a? work order form where users can go and register for a training classes or request a service (content will be provided by us).pay pal API must be integrated in the site. also will create a new site section for vendors and businesses.

The coder will be responsible in transferring and testing the site in our end server. The site should have an admin section where should be easy to change text, contents.
