custom CMS (Content Managment System) for a static site(repost)

Need a Content Management System (CMS) installed onto a pre-made static site. The Content Management System will need to have a WYSIWYG text editor and the ability to add/delete pages. This site is a very simple static site and may not need all the features. It is a very nice layout and clean. I do need to be able to manage the content, the documents in the boxes on the right of most pages, the pictures with the captions in the boxed on the right of most pages and the video. I need a feature that will allow me to upload the .flv file and make a new page what will play the video, like on the site. The Flash gallery already has CMS, so you don't have to worry about that. Let me know if this is all possible and the possible time span if we start in the next 12 hours. There are also pages with document download links that must be editable. Lastly, there is a page with a list that must be edited in list form. The Admin control panel must be simple and clean, and very secure.
