Realtor Listing Feed Plugin for SiteKreator CMS

We want to implement a real estate plugin to work inside our branded CMS websites which our developed on the SiteKreator CMS and based off of Mootools. The purpose of the plugin/application will be to pull in realtor listings from MLS feed from A RETS data feed. This information will then be store on a separate database either in our CMS or our own offsite databases. This data will then be used for the website and must be kept current with the info from the RETS data feed. An example of the type of plugin we want to produce is [login to view URL] We will work with the plugin/application creator to build the proper pages for the website and guide the creation of the plugin within our CMS. We must use the API from Sitekreator to include the application on each realtor website we build. The application plugin will need to be designed with the specification info which is located at : [login to view URL] for building json applications. We will build the website and wireframes for the plugin once the project is accepted. The data from the feed will be used to populate the website. The data will need to resolve a number of different pages and "widgets (html snippets within the cms software)". This will function very much like a wordpress blog. (ie an index page of all listings, and an individual page for each listing). These specifications for each page, widgets, and functions are described below: -Content must be updated with newest feed information. Content will not be duplicated however if there is a change in price from the RETS feed then the database for the website will reflect that change. Updates should be around twice daily. - A search function must be included for all properties with price, location, style of home etc. example at top of page : [login to view URL] -A main listing index page of all the properties with approx 5-10 property excerpts per index page that link to property page.(very much the same as a wordpress blog index) per page. example : [login to view URL] -The property page will include all information pulled from the database on the property. example : [login to view URL] We will require a few "widget" areas for specific tools such as a search-bar and featured listings that must be implemented using an "html snippet" and work with the database. The plugin must be exportable for us and we must be able to eventually replace feed information for future realtors and create other Realtor websites in Sitekreator. We are able to provide our own databases if the ones within our CMS are not functional enough to work for this project. Access will be given depending on needs.
