CRE Loaded Modifications - PayPal not deducting stock, add to cart, etc.

We are operating a CRE Loaded ecommerce site and need the following modifications: 1) We would like to add some information and arrows to the checkout screen in order to avoid confusion on the part of customers. A screen shot of what we would like is below. 2) Although PayPal module is functioning correctly, when a customer orders and pays with PayPal, the inventory is not being deducted from stock. This was working, but is not now as we made some changes and cannot figure out how to change back to the functioning settings. We would like orders to show up only if people actually pay with PayPal and not to show up when people go to the PayPal checkout site and do not go through the payment process. 3) We are having problems with customers who attempt to order a quantity that is greater than the available stock. We would like to prevent customers from putting a quantity of a particular item in their cart if there is not enough stock. All our individual descriptions do give the stock count, but customers often ignore this number. A pop up message that states that the customer has attempted to order a certain number of items but that only a different number of items would be very helpful.
