I wish to create a web site which will be geared for use by schools and small theatre companies.
The purpose of the site will be a pay-per-use service for selling event tickets for which there is either assigned or unasigned seating.
Users will set up an account then enter details of an event for which they wish to sell tickets. The users will use existing seat maps and or cretae/edit seat maps to satisfy the need of their event and the specifics of the venue. The venues will be identified by name and address, and ver time, the library of seat maps will grow.
The user will get a link to put on ntheir web site. Customers will click the link and seamlessly be brought to an order page with a graphical seat layout and colour codes indicating seat pricing and avaiability.
Customers who buy tickets will be give the usual payment options (Paypal, etc).
They will receive an e-ticket with the option to ahve a real one mailed to them.
I will supply all a site map and all prgaphics, fonts and colour scheme. The customizeable seat map interface is the hardest part, and I can not find one that anyone else has done.
