completeting a webpage

I own a site called jaffyHead ([login to view URL]) and I need it completed, as the previous person has not completed the work to my satisfaction. My site is a social/educational forum type page. it needs to have more 'life.' As I'm a total novice at this, I may not be able to explain what I require. The closest example that I can give is this site - [login to view URL], although I understand the look and feel can't be the same. ## Deliverables 1. The work is to be done on [login to view URL] 2. The front page/homepage needs to be inviting and dynamic. please look at <[login to view URL]> for ideas... 3. The background needs to be adjusted to show the whole picture. (attached) 4. The homepage to be "squarely aligned" down the right hand side. 5. A page(s) for advertiser needs to be added and a place for rolling (moving)banner ads on the sides - if possible 6. When members register - part of the registration process needs to include, "invite a friends" with the administrator having the option of setting the parameters. (5,6,7,8,9,10) 7. The security settings need to be adjusted (as per recommendation by the program owner)and the site upgraded to the next version with correct settings Many thanks Vincent
