cs cart customization

List of requirements( details would be provided later): 1. layout customization _ Fix the displays of the site including: replace the 'buy now' link with image button _ Fix the container placeholder ( 100% width of the site and show the background color in the 2 left and right edge like [login to view URL] page) _ Some simple template customization 2. News function - this is very important to us. _ It would be great if developer can integrate joomla to my site. Fully integrated so that when users click into "news" button, it would display very informative news in the parent page which is using cs-cart ( without opening in a totally different page - which is so easy to do ).Also in the main page ( index) it would also display newsfeed. 3. Banner rolling _ Currently, I can display only a picture as my main banner. I would like to have a new function added onto both my user and admin site so that I can add a flash banner displayed on my main page. Or developer can suggest a better way to display a linkable banner with transition like presentation. 4. Forum integration - Vbulletine preferred
