ADjust IDX plug in Search Bar -- 2

My Site [url removed, login to view]'s home page uses IDX broker for searches. It appears in the template twice on many pages, and then by default when you scroll down on every other page. We would like to overwrite that widget with another IDX search bar, but keep the same look. An example of the other code is at my staging sit [url removed, login to view] on the home page.
When the person lands though, if possible we would like the city breadcrumb to remain in the search bar. Meaning if they are searching for The community legends FL with 3 bed and 2 + baths, we would like those things to remain in search bar when they land. if not the beds and baths then just the city. There is a separate breadcrumb plug in that could use for the php. Examples on [url removed, login to view] for the bread crumbs.
Best way to accomplish this may be in a plug in form. Prefer [url removed, login to view] not to be adjusted.
