Advertising Web Portal

The website we currently have needs a make-over as well as certain functionality for it to start working according to our new requirements. There are a few formulas that we would like to integrate into the software to make it work accordingly. The site was designed in India and the programmers there used .php and some java and ajax. The site is therefore a web app, but I would like to separate the User Interface from the logic etc. I would like to get the actual coding correct and am not worried yet about the User Interface. I am hoping that the programmer we choose has some knowledge with SOA service orientated architecture and BPEL to orchestrate the logic. This makes the software scalable and flexible. If you prove your worth, we will hire you on a full time basis for the company which will be initiated in the USA.
