Hello I would like to have made an application to the Arbitrage betting (Surebet, safebet) thinking it must be web-based version. Where you are able to log in from any computer or device with a web browser. Or a program you download and run on your computer Where it shows the various bets. There I would like to hear what the price is to made something like this and how long it will take

Hello Similar projects have already been implemented, and I have experience with them. C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS 3 and Bootstrap are my preferred web technologies which I using the most of time.
