Barcode Scanner

Hello, We have a web page with a text box to enter product barcode, for now we are entering it manually, We want it to be done automatically using as a barcode reader using a smart phone camera, what we would need is as below. User will open the form from smart phone. They will place the cursor on the text box. Then they may click on some button and camera should activated. Once they places the camera on the barcode the system should read it and post the barcode in the text box. User then can click on save button to save it. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions, and again we have a web based form so we need web solution not an application. Thank You Best Regards
