Barncast - Project assigner

We are Fracktal works Pvt. Ltd. looking out for experienced software developers who are into website building and management fora very special project of ours called Barncast an online project assigner platform which will take in "jobs" from customers and will list them out on an online notice board which can only be accessed by our registered users. Once our registered user selects a job which will be assigned to him on a first cum first served basis, he will be locked until the completion of his current project and other users can start taking up the remaining projects in a similar format. The main admin will have access to all the jobs and can scrutinize, edit and reject all the job assignments at any point of time.
