Hi I am really interested in your project, and I believe I have enough experience dealing with bitmap and png images, here is an example of 2 projects I previously worked on 1- make android app to run animated png, which is basically extracting frames from png, and run them periodically 2- I also did blurring and blurring operations on bitmap images and got involved in knowing internal bitmap representation I believe I can finish the project in a lot less days than I proposed but since I don't know the format of your file I left it 10 days as an upper limit, all I need from you is giving me the file format you want and what language "C, Java" you want your project in, I can start right away, I hope to hear from you soon Regards

Hello, i am highly interested in your project. I am experienced C programmer with experience in image and video processing. I have one patent pending and two scientific papers written on video synchronization check. I developed completely new synchronization check method. While developing this method i was engaged in file conversion methods. I am new to freelancer and my plan is to make this my part time job. In my opinion this conversion between file formats should not be a problem. My plan is to use C programming language. First we would import PNG or bitmap image, analyze it and then we would start converting it to vector file format. I have a couple of questions for you. Is it allowed to use open source image libraries for importing and processing PNG or bitmap images. Beside this i would like to have more information about this project. I will provide fully functional solution written in C programming language with appropriate demo application that shows the capabilities of my solution. Beside this i will provide doxygen documentation.
