Blog integrated with Q and A and technical data base

Please see attached file. Summary: Want to integrate a self service help desk with a data base of frequently answered questions. The data base should selectively integrate into the blogs based on the administrators choice of what Q and A would be good for the blog. Blogs are currently set up so their creation is not required. Please ask me any questions you may have. The purpose of this program will be to: 1.) Increase SEO by implementing a blog 2.) Decrease Technical Support requirements by self serving common Q and A to previous solved technical issues. 3.)
