I'm looking to build functionality which will reside in our current browser based application. Bidder has the option (if they prefer) to build a solution which utilizes one or more of the following applications - SharePoint, Kofax, and / or MS Dynamics CRM. This solution needs to support the following functionality and must meet these specs -
Must be browser based.
Must allow for comparison of one Word document against the other.
Must allow for User review and reconciliation of compare differences within the browser, allowing the user to accept, reject, or escalate each item.
Must record all user responses in an audit trail.
Must allow the user to edit the Word document directly within the browser.
After the User saves the new version of the word document (after accepting or rejecting each item), the application must create a saved word document that reflects only accepted changes. This new saved document must also allow a third party user to open up the document in word and see changes from this version of the document and the previously compared version. It must also allow for the user to accept or reject changes to this new document using the standard Word Track Changes or Compare functionality.
