Build TV channels and FM channels monitoring system to read all channels and do continue recording with synchronization with other channels and FM radio. Number of channels is open.
It must convert all video input into .wmv
It must be able to capture the video frames.
Must have redundancy for fault tolerance,
The system can be controlled and monitored through a user interface (scheduler)
The scheduler can select the channels, the language,
all media must be stored by the system in the media processing server
it can build an archive that can be retrieved through the interface.
