Change Some Details on PHP existent Admin Dashboard

All layout (admin UI) must be based on Theme Forest "Webarch - Responsive Admin Dashboard Template":

User settings page

- User can change own password

- user can add/remove/change personal logo

Change details on dashboard interface (see image example with details):

- Change checkbox to "Enable/Disable" Button (green with check icon=enable, gray=disable)

- Change play icon to "Playing/Not Playing" Button (red when playing, white when stop)

- Move description to mouseover "i" button

- Show personal logo on 2 locations

- Enable Search function on top of page, filter channels based on channel name and description

- Create 2 new fields on database (table subscription): change-last (date/hour) and change-status (yes-no)

- Show total of selected channels on Menu

- Show total of periods on Menu

- Show player URL (based on subscriber table), example: [login to view URL]

Others:

- Admin/Subscriber login separate per brownser tab

- Add new fields on table subscriber: st-slot, st-user, st-pass, consult-request (yes/no), consult-request (date/hour)

- If a user not have any personal time period time on database, add automatically 3 periods: 8:00-12:00 / 12:00-18:00 / 18:00-22:00

- Come back to periods lists, after add a new period

- Enable News List for users with tags (only read), add news only on admin, for all subscribers

- Create a page with a fixed form and option to save it (and option to see form contend of each subscriber on admin)

- Create a external php script to read database and create a txt with fixed part and some data from db (and run a linux shell command)
