Code exploded Diagrams for website - repost

I require the document attached to become a clickable document for web purposes. When the part number is clicked a popup will ask the customer how many they would like to add to their shopping cart. Please pass on the relevant code and I will insert it into my website to test. Also, if possible, I would like the item numbers to be easily changed if my supplier changes their item code.

This is a test document and the successful freelancer will be employed to do approx 100 more.
