Copy and integrate several functions from CMS 1 to CMS 2

We have a small cms which needs to be updated with several functions and options such like: Profiles, Downloads, Memberlist, Guestbook and much more. Your job is to look into a specific cms named webspell (demo: [login to view URL]) where you will adapt its functions to integrate them to our cms (frontend AND backend). Of course all of the functions should work with the user database of our cms, but this should not be the problem, if you are good at php. A clean and fresh install of both CMS (ours and webspell) is ready for you to do whatever you need, to fullfill this job. We are looking forward to work with you on several projects too, which will be awarded to you after you did this job. We need nearly every month somebody having good skills at php, so please send us your offers.
