Creat a employee check in/out software

I need an application that my employees can sign in. I need the application to ask employees first and last name. There there are a few options as follow. 1. Initial Check in 2. Break/lunch check out 3. Break/lunch check in 4. Day Check out. You application has to record all the times and calculation the total working ours and break times. All of them should be recorded in an excel file containing the following columns First Name | Last Name | Initial Check in Time | Break/Lunch Check out | Break/lunch check in | Break/Lunch Check out | Break/lunch check in | Break/Lunch Check out | Break/lunch check in | Day Check out | Total Break Time | Total Working hours | Net hours I intent to pay $50 for this project and I believe it should be done in a few hours (if not minutes) Regards,
