Create custom database and invoicing software

Hello. This is what I need: -A (preferably) online-based database for a furniture store. Database will be used to store the following information: -Customers -Cash Sales -Financed Sales -Layaways -In House Lease Purchase Accounts -Deliveries -Special Orders -In Store Credits -Repairs We do not NEED inventory capabilities. I would prefer to just be able to type an item into the database without having to save it under a "product" section first. I do not need a product section. I am currently using team [login to view URL] for an online database. Winning bidder can log in and see what I am doing, although I don't know how to do quite a few things properly, so I am having to retype information into various sections that I only want to have to type once. Following information will be stored: -Customer name, address, phone number -Purchase date, purchase type (cash, outside finance, layaway, etc.), SALESPERSON -Merchandise purchased with individual original prices -Discount amount -Total Sale -Fees -Commisionable Amount of Sale -There needs to be a payment history option for layaways. -In House financing will probably be a separate module. Customer info, references, note section, merchandise, beginning balance, down payment, monthly payment, then a place to add monthly payments each month and also add late fees. I would like this to be searchable based on the date due, so that we can contact the customer about his or her payment.
