1. To develop a database system that contains the candidates’ resumes where consultants are able to retrieve, update, maintain, record the information. Ideally, the system can be web-base that can be shared among my staff but with intellectual property control system. That is, the data is well protected without anyone transferring the information out of the system.
2. Hopefully the database can provide further reporting information, eg., if the candidate has been placed by us; to which company, when and etc.
3. To integrate Client database system with sales reports.
4. To transfer/scan resumes from other sources into our database system. For example, direct transfer of the resume from email/webpage into the system.
5. To redesign our web page that is more interactive.
