Data Collection - Mandarin Sentences

I am learning Mandarin and as part of my learning I have a list of vocabulary (5000 words) I want to collect example sentences for. What I am doing at the moment is going to [url removed, login to view] and using the search function for the word I am looking at, then copying and pasting the example sentence and pinyin into a table in word. As you can imagine, it is very time consuming.
What I am looking for is someone to compile the list for me in Word or provide a program that would allow me to do it myself.
I will provide the list of words, an example of how I would like the table set out, and a run through of how I am navigating the website (if it helps!).
Further info:
For example, on chinese-tools.com, I will search for ?? (goodbye) and click on the red cross by the definition which brings up a page of example sentences. Then I will copy the sentences into a table into Word and separate the characters from the pinyin (how to pronounce the sentence). Here's the first example from that page.
1. Characters: ???“??”????
Pinyin: w? shu? wán " zài jiàn " jiù z?u le.
Characters: ?????????????
Pinyin: jiàn miàn jié shù shí yì b?n d?u yào shu? zài jiàn.
I've attached the entire list of words. When I was doing the copy and paste method, I found that for some words, there were no example sentences, so I'm expecting some gaps.
Sorry, for some reason the characters are not showing up properly!
