Design a custom Magento Module

In a nutshell, BRV has changed to magento as an ecommerce solution. One product line (BRV) has 10 e-juice flavors, and each flavor comes in 3 different bottle sizes with 6 possible nicotine levels. Another product line (Black Ops) comes in 1 bottle size, with 3 possible nicotine levels. Will is currently looking for an IT guy that can help him through issues like this, as he encounters them. The image below that has the Pizza example is how they had things set up before on their previous ecommerce site- very simple to order from, minimal clicks to create an order with multiple flavors, multiple bottle sizes, and multiple nicotine levels. Their current solution is a little more non user friendly- you need to click on the flavor, select a bottle size, select a nic level, then quantity of bottles... and then repeat the process with the same flavor if you want a different nic level. I've this, it does not work: [login to view URL] and have even requested help: [login to view URL] Super Options is a module we used in OpenCart and the Functionality was fine. It obviously does not work in Magento. Untitled 1 is how our invoices look now Untitled 2 is how our invoices used to look We would prefer Option 1, but will accept Option 2. It seems to me the easiest way is to add the functionality into Magento, there is already an Option for Multi-Select in custom options. Why can't we add Quantity boxes there? That way a custom can just choose the Quantity of each product desired.
