Desktop icon and launchpad that links to online resources

Project: To create a desktop icon with company logo Scope: We have a number of online resources that we offer our customer base. Click here to view [login to view URL] We would like to create a Desktop Icon for our customers to load onto their PC. This icon would be of the company logo, and be programmed much like an ‘index’ of the resources we have available. When the customer clicks on the icon, they will be presented with a visual representation of the various resources (e.g. Image). On selecting a particular resource they will be directed via a hyperlink to the that specific resource on the website. We require a launch pad as such that links to the online resources. The resources to be linked to can be found here [login to view URL] I have used anchor links in the nav menu to link directly to the part of the webpage that the content is on. The resources that need to be linked to are 1. Interactive web based tools: Selection tool, Specification tool & conversion tool 2. Quick Quides 3. General specifications 4. 3D drawings 5. Instruction manuals 6. Support videos The resources will be on the website so we can maintain them and the launchpad that will be created with this project will link directly to those resources on that webpage.
