Develope UI for option Analysis integrated with Interactive Brokers

I would like a basic options analysis UI developing. It should use Interactive brokers data from their API, although I do not require the ability to sent trades directly to IB, this is just for analysis purposes....
The program should be able to run on both windows and mac OS and contain the following:
1. Options analysis risk graph
2. Options chain that is click-able to select the individual legs for the risk analysis graph.
3. A simple chart of the relevant underlying
This is just a broad outline of the specification needed. I will attach a much more detailed spec sheet soon.
