Developer Needed for IPN module and Optimizing Magento Sites - repost

We are looking for a developer who can help optimize our 4 magento sites. Currently they are a bit slow and we are looking to reduce the amount of sources it requires to run them. There are a few basic things we have tried but more is needed.
Also, we have a new payment module that needs to have IPN set up for all transactions. We have most of the information to guide you through it.
