Hi Ben - you have been a big help in the past. My web site, [login to view URL] has a contact form, [login to view URL] People complete the form, which is sent to me as an email (Outlook). I have hundreds of emails with the information. I wonder if there is a way to take that information and put it in a spreadsheet (Excel)- or maybe a simple database ( I don't have a clue about databases). I have all these emails, and it would be very laborious to open each one and copy the information, then paste in a spreadsheet. Can you tell me what might be possible? If it is a big project, I will need to pass. many thanks Lex Henkels

Lex Henkels I understand that you want to keep contact details in a database or create a excel. What I can do is: 1. - Make data you send the mail is stored in a database. 2. - Make a function that will generate the excel from what is stored in the database. 3. - Along with the mail to attach a link to download the excel.
