Centos Plesk - No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16.

I have created a domain in plesk admin panel and i am trying to import a database, i checked the [url removed, login to view] and it all seems fines. (We are running Plesk on centos)

However when i try and upload a database using PHPadmin we recieve the following error

No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16

Please make any fixes global and not on the domain only.

When creating the domain i noticed a [url removed, login to view] file also uploaded to the hosting ETC folder im not sure if this is over riding global settings.
