Automate msaccess to send customized email with louts notes

I need to automate the process of sending emails with excel workbooks as attachments using a louts notes email. The emails will be also customized; it’s like sending a monthly statement to customers. I have all information about the recipients. Fname , Lname , email Address , File Name , File Path . I also need to have the ability to have the body of the email customized too. Appreciate any suggestions
