Create mailing lists

Need to create mailing lists by going to existing web sites. Will have to scan thousands of pages with email addresses (note on these sites the home page has links and once you click on the link you go to a page that has one email listed and then click on another link and one email address is listed there and so on - the email addresses are not all listed on one web page) This process of creating mailing lists is manual in nature.
