Absentee Management System

An Access based Absentee tracking and recording system.

I have already built up the GUI (frmShiftOption) for the system but need to have a method of registering leave days logged and updated within the proper fields of the leave-used table.

I also require that when dates are selected from within the events form, then only work-days,(i.e, not weekends) show up on the form as a number of days, while simultaneously updating the chosen field in leave type used as previuosly stated, by clicking on one of the radio buttons on the form.

I also need to filter the employees by shift in the print-subform of the frmShiftOption form and arrow buttons in addition to the drag and drop functionality to select employees from the list for printing their reports.

In the comments subform, notes taken need to be transferred to a separate text-file for viewing at a later date after updating the sub-form.

I also need to have leave entitlements calculated based on this information and have this displayed within the report.

The database will need to be linked to an excell spreadsheet so that records are kept up to date and will also require a secure authentication logon so that only authorised users can access the software, & the database also needs to have all modules compiled into an MDE database with all VB sourcecode removed after the database project is completed for delivery.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
