Add Functionality, Compile & Package VB6 Program

Experienced & Professional VB6 Programmer needed for quick project. This project is for finishing up a very small program I wrote in VB6 (size of about 100kb in all not including image files and rtf files). You will do the following: 1) Add functionality so default web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla, ETC.) is launched when specific area of user interface is clicked. 2) Add functionality so specific web site is opened in web browser after specific area of user interface is clicked (4 specific websites in all). 3) Add "uninstall" functionality (uninstaller). 4) Test for bugs/errors. 5) Package and deploy program for online distribution. 6) Ensure application is functional on Windows 98, ME, 2000, & XP systems. 7) Maintain integrity of original code. 8) Offer suggestions/feedback as needed. This should be a very quick and simple project for a skilled VB6 programmer. I do programming as a hobby and am very familiar with several programming languages and what they can do - so don't dazzle me with complicated algorithms or pseudo functionality limitations. You can either do this or not. Check my feedback. I am constantly in need of work and will not hesitate to use your services again if you do a superior job. If you are a new service provider, I'll only consider you if you have verifiable work experience and good feedback on another service like Elance or Scriptlance. ## Deliverables SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: A) Superior english and grammatical skills are required - I don't want any misunderstandings because of language barriers. B) Winning bidder's native language should be english. If not, he or she will have a strong command of the english language. Either way, #1 above applies. C) All work provided for buyer and any relationship formed with buyer within the scope of this project is to be kept strictly STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. I would like it so that when the RichTextBox Control region is clicked that the browser be opened and that it goes to a specific URL. Example: Clicking on 1 region may take you to google. Clicking on another may take you to Yahoo, etc. VB 6 may not allow for this so using API functions will probably be in order.
